With the help of lots of runners doing this race and our generous sponsors, we have been able to raise over $10,540.41 for our charity, “SHOES 4 KIDS.” 100% of this has gone to purchase new running shoes for youth in N.W. Georgia, who otherwise would not have them, as well as multiple scholarships to local H.S. standouts running in college.

Since adding a 5K to the mix in 2020, we have seen the number of participants rise . We are keeping the 10K, of course, but by adding the 5K to spice it up a bit we offer another option!

This race began way-way back in 1977 when this craziness called ‘jogging’ all began.  

Again, we couldn’t have done it without our Sponsors, as well as the runners who have run the race. Wire2Wire Running will now be able to purchase lots of new running shoes for kids who cannot afford them…And that makes us very happy!
